Polite and attentive staff both at the check in desk as well as throughout all our flights from Sydney to Denpasar to Labuan Bajo and back. Only thing is the planes should be a bit cleaner but it's a budget airline after all so this wasn't too bad. Would happily fly Batik again to Bali/Indonesia.

I was looking forward to going to Bali with Batik Air instead of the usual budget airlines like Jetstar or Air Asia that I have travelled with many times before. I Have also flown with great companies like Qantas and Garuda in the pass. Batik was meant to be in the middle But it was just Terrible.
